Universal Studios, Halloween Horror Nights

Okay, so as most of you fright fans know, theme parks do a special fright fest due to the fact of Halloween, and they get their cast members to dress up to scare the brave-hear-ted participants. Universal is one of the most blood curdling, into Halloween theme park in Southern California. You can already tell that you will be scared due to the fact that they advise people either with heart problems and/or under the age of 15 not to go. If that hasn't already scared you away, they have their cast members take the chain off of a chainsaw and bang it into the ground just inches away from your feet. Another thing that they do is, thttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifhey have different sections in their park and during this "Halloween Haunt", as they call it, they will put a theme to each section. It just so happens this year, one section was killer clowns. The last thing for me to tell you is a little Mexican folk tale they have put on their website to warn you. It is called "La Llorona." It is about a beautiful women who drowned her children to be with the man she loved. Though, he rejected her and so she too drowned herself. Her ghost is told to be doomed to wander vainly, searching for her kids. According to the tale, she will kidnap wandering children or children who misbehave. Some also believe that those who hear the wails of La Llorona are marked for death. The rest is for you to go and find out.... Though you can find out more at http://www.halloweenhorrornights.com.
Happy Halloween from me, Monica:)

  1. Excellent review, Monica. I think I would be much too frightened, seeing as Knott's Scary Farm nearly did me in. My sister told me that they actually include foul smells in some of the mazes at Universal Studios. Have you heard that?

    Keep up the good work.
