Potato Chips
Have you ever eaten potato chips before you bought them? It seems to be the exact same as buying them before you eat them. Your still going to buy the chips, and at 7-Eleven they can see you walk out the door. It shouldn't be known as stealing because you might just have the munchies and you want some food fast.

One of my fondest childhood memories is cracking open a yellow bag of Lays potato chips and snacking away in the middle of Stater Bros.
