Types Of Government

Mr. Vega:(to the class)Track me; track me. Now, what type of government was Nancy Farmer referring to in "House Of The Scorpions?"
In "House of the Scorpions," by Nancy Farmer, there is a statement about a 'five legged horse' (get the the book and read it and you shall know what statement I am talking about) and we have to give our opinion on what type of government she was referring to and I would have to say anarchy because if we just cut off that 'five legged horse's' fifth leg, we have no say in it. Anarchy is just no enforced authority or no ruler-ship. As I said no authority in cutting off it's leg is like no enforced authority.
